We are still operating and you will not be missing out on anything. We are taking this as an opportunity to make our community even stronger than it already is and are excited about the possibilities.
To make the transition to online training as smooth as possible we have compiled some FAQs for you...

If you are having trouble with getting into the zoom meeting please contact the trainer directly by mobile.
Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to our Youtube Channel
Please continue to book your sessions in the same way using Zen Planner on the app or this link.
The same policy will apply to cancelling your sessions with up to 2 hours notice for semi-private sessions and 24 hours notice for 1 to 1 sessions.
The sessions will remain max 4 clients.
Please note that on Saturdays, there will be two sessions running which will have separate Zoom login details (you can find the correct details in Zen Planner when you click onto the session you wish to book).

We are still here and still determined to provide you with the best health and fitness service in Bristol! For this reason, all the terms in your membership contracts will remain the same, as we continue to provide this service to you. If we were to pause memberships, there may not be a gym to come back to on the other side of this, and we ask for the support of our community on that.
These will still be happening and will be a great chance to discuss how things are for you in this time of change and see what we can do to support you!
These will be done on Zoom using your Lead Trainers individual meeting link (see above).
You will be contacted by email to book your assessments as normal.
As we will not be doing a body assessment you will not need to follow the usual guidelines prior to the session however if you can, it would be great for you to do your own measurements and weigh yourself first thing in the morning before the session. More details on this will be provided when booking your assessments.
Zoom How Tos
Go to zoom.us and click ‘Sign Up, It’s Free’
Make sure you have Version 5 downloaded by 30th May
You only need to register with a free Zoom account and this will not affect how long you are able to be in the session for.
Once you have created this, copy the meeting URL into your browser ie. https://zoom.us/j/7315709858
Click ‘Download and Run Zoom’ - you should only need to do this for the first time you run Zoom
If you already have Zoom downloaded, click Open zoom.us if you see the system dialog.
Click ‘Join Meeting with Video’
Ensure you unmute yourself and turn your video on, using the buttons in the bottom left.
