We specialise in helping women to lose weight! Our Semi Private Training offers the benefits of Personal Training but you workout in a small group of 2-4 others. Exercises are tailored to your individual needs and fitness level, with everyone supporting each other and making friends along the way. More support, more accountability and more fun.
You'll train with us at our lovely studio in Southville. It's a non-intimidating environment with a warm welcome and all the support you need to get fit and healthy in 2018.
