High Intensity Ladder Workout

At Empowered Fitness we love creating no equipment workouts you can do at home. Using your own bodyweight you can get in a great workout in only 20 minutes. Just find some floor space, a stop watch and pump up the intensity for a great cardio workout which will leave your metabolism revving and burning fat for hours. 

 

Remember to warm up and cool down before and after ;-)
