You don't want what we sell...

Look, I get it. Physical training and good nutrition aren’t like going and getting a massage or buying a shiny new pair of shoes.

They require effort, scheduling, time, sweat, and sometimes a little bit of the good pain :)

Truthfully, a lot of the time I’d rather skip my workouts and healthy dinner in favour of eating a box of chocolates on the sofa!

So, I totally understand that investing in your fitness and health aren’t the most exciting things.

But there are two truths behind this that I want to share with you:

1. You have to invest in your health. You know this. Bluntly, if you don’t, you’ll deal with lower confidence, increased body fat, muscle atrophy, disease, and possibly early death. Ouch – I know.

2. It can actually be enjoyable. It’s really about finding a routine and programme that you enjoy and a community that you want to be part of. That’s one of the reasons people here at Empowered Fitness end up falling in love with fitness.

Our client Carol is a great example of this.

In her late 50s Carol felt she was falling in to some unhealthy lifestyle habits, but she wanted to lose weight and set herself up for a long happy future, without the limitations of old age. She had never worked out in a gym before, or found a diet that she could actually stick to. She now LOOKS FORWARD to lifting weights, because it makes her feel amazing and loves the new lifestyle she has created for herself. As well as the weight falling off.

If you want to create your own story like this, now is the moment to take action. Reply to this message so we can have a chat.

Yours in Health,

Amy
