Personal trainer tips: The only perfect diet

There have been a TONNE of dietary crazes over the past fast few decades, and each time, they’ve been positioned as the BEST. When a diet is popular, it seems that the notion is that this is the ONLY want to achieve a lean, fit body.

Some that come to mind are:

  • Low-fat

  • Atkins

  • Paleo

  • Keto

Those are just the big ones, of course.

Then, there are asinine crash diets like the celery diet and the cabbage soup diet that any person who isn’t in their most desperate space knows probably isn’t a great idea.

So, then what is the best diet?

Simply, it’s the one you can stick to forever because you have to eat forever.

And every human has unique requirements, they tolerate foods differently, and there just isn’t one right way.

So really, the perfect diet isn’t a diet at all.

Diets make people paranoid, fearful, stressed, and they often develop unhealthy relationships with food.

The key is to find a way of eating that you can just do forever. It takes time and practice, but it’s entirely possible.
