Personal trainer tips: Calm in the storm...
The speed at which our world has just changed is unprecedented and nothing any of us could’ve imagined.
But in all of this, I am the most calm I’ve been in a long time.
I have a strong sense of feeling grounded and certain.
Certainty that we’re going to get through this.
I’m even more certain about my readiness to step up as the leader of my community who need it right now more than ever.
Feel whatever you feel in these weird moments.
There’s no right or wrong.
But if you’re feeling strong fear or even panic, know this...
What we’re in is a short moment in time.
There is so much opportunity if you can push past fear and create it.
And if you can simply manage yourself and your own mind through this...
Oh, how strong you’ll become on the other side.
You’ll have a sense of security and peace that you never imagined.
My best advice?
Go to gratitude. Be incredibly grateful for all that you have.
Know you’re ok in your house with your family.
And that this is all temporary.
