We can't get enough of sprint intervals when it comes to stripping body fat and getting lean for summer. It's a fast, fun and effective way to get in shape and a great excuse to get outside in the sun.

 

For best results, put max effort in during your sprint and then recover by walking slowly for as long as you need to between each sprint.
